What types of classes Meridian Fitness offer under Mind and Body training?

Yes! To lose weight in a healthy manner and keep it off, it is critical to not starve yourself. Instead, we work on finding a balance where you eat all the nutritious food groups including fats, protein, carbs, fruits and vegetables along with the food items that you enjoy eating.

Absolutely! Meridian Fitness offer Pilates and yoga classes for beginners and we accommodate individuals of all experience levels. So, when you will step onto the mat for the first time, you’ll feel welcome and supported in our classes. Our certified instructors guide newcomers through the basics and different skill levels.

Your first Mind and Body class at Meridian Fitness is an opportunity to explore and gain a new experience. You should expect to meet our friendly staff and your Yoga or Pilates instructor who will guide you through the process. We encourage newcomers to ask questions while our team make you feel at ease.

We provide all necessary equipment for most of our Mind and Body classes, including Yoga and Pilates. You will get necessary fitness equipment, such as mats, blocks, straps, and balls at Meridian Fitness. However, if you prefer to use your own yoga mat or specific equipment, feel free to bring it along.
